Just wondering if anyone had experienced the switch from IV Rocephin to IV Zithromax. I have to switch due to a low White Blood Cell Count with the Rocephin. I'm hoping Zithromax is as effective, because Rocephin was helping. Any thoughts? Thank you!!!

You can't compare them they are in diferent groups of meds.
But none of them will work without cyst buster in case of Rocephin,or other drug for coinfection in case of azithro.
None of them allone will do the job,but in my experience more will do the rocephin alone than any other drug exep tigecyclin that I never yused and dont know haw it works for the lyme.
Take care
