I was bite aprox. 3 mths. ago. The tick was embedded in me and went unnoticed for about 3 days. Two big red welts appeared. The tick was removed. I really think it was a dog tick, not a deer tick but uncertain. I went to the Dr, He started me on the 21 days of anti-biotics. Now I have extreme fatigue. I've never felt this tired. Should I get the blood test, how accurate are they now? The welts are still there on my back but a bit less red.

I noticed you posted you're looking for a LLMD. That's what you need to do asap--see a LLMD. If this is a tick bite that infected you, your chances of getting this disease beat before it goes too far is excellent. You're already pushing it at three months, don't mess around with this, get a LLMD asap.
Blood tests are helpful, but not always 100% accurate. Lyme disease is a clinical diagnosis, so the sooner you see a LLMD, the better of you are. If you did get infected, 21 days of antibiotics doesn't even scratch the surface. Any bulls eye rash develop yet?

Take pictures of the welts!! You will want them for when you see the LLMD and maybe to fight the insurance companies.
A bullseye rash does not require testing. If you have a bullseye, you have Lyme. There is a lot of fatigue, but it sounds like you've caught it early, so hopefully you'll be able to recover quickly.

Get a picture of the rash marks, and date it for future reference. Dog ticks carry diseases too.
Which antibiotic did the doctor prescribe? If you see an LLMD he will order blood tests, even though they are not considered accurate.
You need to read as much as you can about this whole thing.

The antibiotics were doxycycline. The red welts lightened, then came back during the meds with a vengence. The itching was unbearable. I don't believe they were the classic bullseye, but deep red welts about the size of baseballs.
