Would this appear and then fade away within a couple hours?
I had a stretch mark looking streak that ran from my lower right abdomen diagonally up to my belly button and it curved just slightly at the top...purplish color. Another that ran around my hip area and a small one on my ribcage. Stayed for a couple hours and then faded away. I did take a pic for the doc.
Just curious as I have not been tested for bart, but suspect this to be my biggest problem right now and this would confirm in my mind that I do have it.

I would say yes to bart. my kids' rashes have stayed for years. i've heard others say they come and go.

My bart came and went, sometimes in a couple hours or overnight. I only had 2 that scarred, but even after a year they are fading as well.
