Maybe you should have a good cry, it's okay to feel sad and all the things you are feeling. Let it out. Recognize and acknowledge your feelings with compassion. What you are dealing with is very rough. Congratulate yourself for doing as well as you are doing and don't bury emotions. Express emotions in a safe and supportive manner.

Then balance and nourish.

It's good to move that energy. Can you do a little Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga - or dance around a bit? Even just stretching -- lie on stomach and gently arch up from waist- that relieves depression amazing quickly.

When you're up to it, you might search Google for: "Restorative Yoga"

Do you like to sing or play a musical instrument? Draw?

Good music, funny movies, call a friend (or, if it's too late, just recapture good friendship memories and plan to get in touch with good friends tomorrow to remember who you are).

Do you have any lemon or lavender essential oil? A drop on a tissue to breathe in the scent is very soothing.

Magnesium can save the day, really. With calcium in balance.

Do you have magnesium supplement? Fish Oil? Green Tea? Dark Cocoa powder to mix with some almond milk and a dash of stevia? Not too much if you're reading this at night, though.

B-12, B-6 and B-5 (or a combination B vitamin?) - be sure to take with a meal tomorrow. B-6 can be taken separately, at night, too.

Tinctures that will have a fast calming effect: Milky Oat Seed; Scullcap; Holy Basil (Tulsi) and regular Cat's Claw (not the TOA-free type, though).

You can mix some Turmeric from you kitchen spice with a 1/2 cup of warm water and that can help nourish your adrenals, which are likely depleted. More in threads below regarding how to help shore up adrenals function in a safe manner.

Sometimes, when I edit, it cuts off a bunch of stuff. Here's what WAS there before I edited:

Women's Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine: Alternative Therapies and Integrative Medicine for Total Health and Wellness

- By Tori Hudson, ND

About $17 at Amazon

Forward: ``This is a book that should be in every woman's health library and every alternative practitioner's library. It is a resource for the new breed of conventional practitioners who are open to a more integrative health-care system.''
