Has anybody had an MRI that shows changes in the bilateral temporoparietal region?

What are your experiences with MRIs and lyme?

I had something called white matter foci in the temporal region of my brain show up on a MRI. This was before my diagnosis of Lyme and before a positive CSF.

It explained a lot of my symptoms.

Hi Tomiss

Was it on both sides of the brain?

Wondering if the brain ever gets better with antibiotics?

I think it was. I will go back and look. I am going to have a CT scan soon and I will let you know what it finds.

I have gone through antibiotics on and off for the past 2 years and my neuro symptoms are the same or worse. From what I understand sometimes they get better and sometimes they don't.

This is only my opinion and experience.
