Well, you were on antibiotics when this was done, right? This will reduce the possibility of antibodies being formed, thus causing a negative ELISA.
I don't see any indication of a result on the western blot.
You just can't put much faith in lyme testing, unfortunately.

Elisa test is not vey reliable for Lyme.
My husband actually had one positive.
My LLMD told him that with a positive Elisa he didn't need a Western Blot.
That is how rare positive Elisa tests are.
Get tested via Igenex.

Some think it may take 3 mths to get a positive Elisa in some people.
If you ever get one at all. IMO it is worthless.

No, I hadn't started on abx yet when I was tested ... she prescribed them the day I was tested which was the first day I went to the NP with my symptoms.
I DO have an appt. scheduled with a LLMD for July 30th so will be getting IGENEX testing done at that time.
Just wanted to post the results here for everyone to see and will post the IGENEX results when I get them as well!

Worthless piece of paper, I tested negative on 2 quest tests which caused so much confusion and valuable time lost before a real diagnosis was made.

Oh, and even if you have lyme, you're LUCKY to even get a postive, so I was VERY LUCKY. You should go through IGENEx. ;-)

A Lyme titer of 0.9 is about as + as a negative result can be! Any LLMD would have ordered the Western blot be run anyway, instead of only when the ELISA result is considered +.
If you haven't Been on abx, you need 2-4 weeks worth followed by a couple-few day break to clear the system/ bloodstream of drugs. Then some more blood is drawn & re-tested, this time by a lab specializing in Lyme, & this time only the Western blots need be run (though an increased titer would mean your body's been busy making more anti-bodies).
That's about as sensitive a test as you'll get with today's screening methods. Not 100% accurate, but far more reliable than just a "total anti-body count" by Quest.
Don't settle for, "It's negative. You don't have Lyme!" Anyone knowledgable of the disease would laugh at such an assertion based on this 1 test result.
