I only had 2 reactive bands on WB- band 18 and band 41. PCP said it's a negative result. Went to LLMD and he is treating me as a result of the many clinical symptoms. One symptom is enlarged lymph nodes. Still have not gone down and have been on antibiotics for about 2 weeks now.

i think enlarged lymph nodes are due to bart, hope someone comes along to confirm this...
I have enlarged lymph nodes in my armpit, that have actually gotten bigger during treatment.......the last 8 months......not sure how long it takes or wether there is something else you can do......

I have tested neg. for Bart multiple times, so have my children, but our LLMD still thinks we have it.
Swollen lymph nodes are what myself and my 7 yr old son deal with.. the three other lymies in our family don't seem to have that problem. My twin sister does though.
I think it can be a symptom of Lyme without Bart too though.
I get enlarged lymph nodes along my jawline/ear area, underarms, and lately even in my arm near my elbow.
My son was hospitalized with a swollen lymph node in his arm (at the time they thought it was a joint bleed due to his hemophilia) and they suspected Bart but never tested him.
I've been on abx for over two years now, with a few short breaks. I still have lymph node enlargement but usually it is when I am herxing, or when I've taken a break and Lyme starts wrecking havoc again.

I was tested for all coinfections-all negative. I don't even know if I am considered positive with these 2 bands. Thanks for your feedback. I greatly appreciate it! IckyTicky, so sorry to hear about your son. Hope he stays well:)
