I was on olive leaf extract for years before getting Lyme and it never messed with my good bacteria.
But since you're taking probiotics that have yet to adhere themselves to your system, I would play it safe and take them two hours away from the OLE; treat it like another antibiotic.
Also, the ingredients in olive leaf extract last up to twelve hours if you take it with food; only about two hours if on an empty stomach.
In my case I eat, take OLE, and then twenty minutes later take my antibiotic. Then two or so hours after the abx I take probiotics, and if you have nystatin in pill form you can take it then, too.
