I have not used my EMEM in three years but have been off antibiotics eight months and needed to do something. Three weeks ago used 306,432,612,800,4328, and 10,000 with not much result.

Two days ago my husband said we should add in several other frequencies-570,625,832,845,1518 and 6878. Last night I woke up at 3:30 but could not speak-it felt like I was having a seizure. I have been sweating all day and my head and neck are burning like crazy. The crawling sensations won't stop and I don't know if this is good or not. My husband said it sounds like it worked but how many times do we have to go through hell to get better. Does anyone know or have any ideas? I did each frequency for two minutes. Thanks.

Sorry to hear of the reaction. Probably too many frequencies for too long. Wait another 12 days (as lyme treatments with rife need to be 12 days apart to prevent kidney damage from excess toxins) . . . and if you feel well enough, do may 1/4 of what you did. See how that goes.

* Wait 12 days (or longer if you are not feeling better). One-fourth of what you did. You can cut out some frequencies &/or cut down the time to 30 seconds each.

You should ease up and when you feel you did too much, the next time to less. When you get to where you don't herx, you can ramp up slowly . . . slowly.

It is best to add only one new frequency at a time when for lyme.

For now, drink lots (but not boatloads) of water, green tea and be sure to take liver and kidney support but absolutely nothing that would push your detox systems.

Cordyceps is very gentle and helps the kidneys. Dandelion may be good, too. You can search that.

Milk Thistle for the liver and LOTS of rest. Do not exercise, do not take a hot bath or get overheated. All that will really stress your kidneys and liver more. Considering the heat wave you are having right now, just try to stay as cool and hydrated as you can.

A lukewarm bath would be good to move around a bit, just don't get either overheated or chilled. Just melt Epson Salts at the beginning with some hot water and then go cooler.

Be sure to eat enough light food (lots of colorful veggies and fruits) as not eating also stresses the kidneys and liver. Not too much protein right as to overwhelm the kidneys but enough to help your body repair.

As for feeling like a seizure - that's certainly familiar to me. MAGNESIUM is your number one helper. Fish oil, too. Turmeric or the stronger extract, Curcumin.

This should get better but if you see any darkness to your urine or experience kidney pain, get to an urgent care.

Other things that can calm down the nervous system are scullcap tincture, milk oat seed tincture . . . and adrenal support herbs - adaptogens such as ashwagandha, SIBERIAN Ginseng - no other - and maybe rhodiola but start very slowly with that.

Rest as much as you can with some very gentle stretching, light yoga or Tai Chi moves. Do not get a massage until you feel better.

That's pretty much what I've been instructed. Hope it helps. It should get better soon. Magnesium, again, is your number one helper for many reasons. Through Espon Salts &/or supplement. Magnesium Glycinate & citrate are two good forms of that.

Other electrolytes and minerals, too, mostly from colorful veggies and fruits. Carrot juice would be very good now as that provide beta carotene and helps the liver if it gets into trouble (with excess porphyrins that cause toxicity and "herx" effects). Greens contain beta carotene, too.

Good luck.

It looks like you did not end on 10,000. That's really important. You can do 10,000 every day. It is not a lyme frequency but a calming one intended to help reduce inflammation.

Oh, avoid acetaminophen (hard on the liver) . . . and ibuprofen (hard on kidneys). NSAIDS are also hard on the body. Avoid L-glutamine as that can cause over excitability of the NMDA receptors in the brain. Magnesium calms that.

You probably have this book - you might look through it for suggestions:

Thanks for the responses-this is scary stuff. I feel worse than when I was on IV. You feel like you are in a boxing ring and getting hit from every direction.

I hope it calms down soon as I can't do anything. The symptoms are making me anxious especially the heart symptoms. I am not going near the machine for a long time.

If I had to guess, I would suspect the Bartonella frequency of 832 caused most of this reaction.

My wife had some pretty strong reaction when we hit this hard in the beginning. After two weeks her symptoms started to clear up. By three weeks she was near normal, but she is still healing from that, although hardly any after effects are left now.

I suggest doing one frequency at a time. You only need two to kill Lyme and one for Bart in my experience.

612 Hz or 306 Hz for Spirochete form, whichever works better for you.

2016 for cyst form.

832 for Bart. This one bites back hard. Use cautiously when starting out.

I think it is a good idea to take a break. No point in over doing it.

My son was directed to use only one frequency at a time on any given day and to start with only 15 seconds at a time. He has now worked up to 28 minutes a day on the strong coil machine. The heart pains and heart palpitations hit him very hard for about 7 weeks. If you use more than one frequency at a time you don't know which one you may be reacting to. I do agree that 832 for Bart may have caused you some problems.

Good Luck!!

I found it to be really important which type of water I was drinking - pure low mineral water took the toxins out much better so I suffered less. I was drinking tap water at first then switched and the difference was very noticeable in a few hours. Distilled seems the best but Italian Plose is very good. Green juiced vegetables really helped me too.
