Hi I had 2 reactive bands on WB, but would like to utilize Igenex. I went on their website and downloaded the lab request form. Can I take this to my PCP or where do I get blood drawn? Thanks for your help.

Call them.

Ask them to send you the kit for Lyme disease testing.

If I remember correctly it is test number 188 and 189.

They will send you the kit and forms.

Bring to your doc. Have him write an Rx for Western Blot.

Have your blood taken, pack up the vials and send in pre-paid envelope

Via Fed-Ex to Igenex. Try to do this on a Monday or Tuesday.
