I have been dealing with air hunger now for the last 6 weeks, almost daily. It is horrible. It's a new symptom, and I have touched base with doc about it.
Is there anything that you can recommend to deal with the symptom while waiting for treatment success? It really stresses me out, which causes further breathlessness.
Honestly, I'm feeling pretty good other than this.

Air hunger can be a sign of Babesia and may be treated with Artemisinin. The preferred treatment of course is Mepron and Zith, but in the meantime you may want to try Art and possibly add it to the Combo.

For the symptom alone, I had some minor relief from Benadryl; it just seemed to take the edge off of it for me.

It also goes by wormwood (artemesia). The artemisinin is a derivative of artemesia and supposed to work a bit better. I had to order it online at iherb.com. Delivery takes about a week.
