I NEED to boost my immune system. My CD-57 is very low. Husband is going on business to Milan in A few months and I REALLY WANT TO BE FEELING BETTER TO GO WITH HIM!!!!!!!
How many use LDN and how long before it you noticed your CD-57 go up? My daughter uses it for Crohn's/UC and it has REALLY helped her.
I'm also looking at: massage, acupuncture, and ordered "Reishi Max" from Pharmanex. Oh, and also sugar-free dark chocolate -- I think I'll like this part!

I take LDN for other reasons so I cannot speak about it's affect on CD 57. The first month I didn't notice much if any difference. 2nd month, much better sleeping, pain is lower, have more energy and I feel much better emotionally. Next month, I will again have a dosage adjustment but then stay at that level. Did you check out the LDN website or Road Back Foundation? There are posts there from people with Lyme using LDN. I get mine at Skip's Pharmacy. Skip travels all over the country lecturing on LDN therapy. He might be another resource since he deals with so many people with all sorts of illnesses. Just a thought...

Skip..... that's a great idea......I should give him a call. He might know if LDN raises the CD-57. They are a wonderful Pharmacy. Never heard of the Road Back Foundation... I'll look into that.
Thanks everyone.

I'm on LDN. 4.5mg. Can't say what it has done for my CD-57.
But it is supposed to boost your immune system. So I suppose the CD-57 should go up.

I am on LDN 4.5 mg every night. I have not noticed a remarkable difference in my CD-57 as a result of taking LDN.
But, then again, my LLMD does not regard the CD-57 as a good marker for whether or not his patients are truly recovering. He says it can stay low when his patients are much better, and it can be high when they still feel lousy.
The LDN helped regulate my hormonal systems, made my periods less dramatic and helped me feel "level". Kind a hard to describe, but it is a good result.

Is you all's LDN refrigerated? Does it have to be refrigerated?
I get mine from Clark's pharmacy in WA state. It used to be refrigerated, but now they told me it no longer does.
The thing is, I have been feeling worse this month. It could be from a lot of things, but I'm wondering if it's from having the LDN out of the fridge now.

No - the LDN I have does not need refrigeration. I get it from Village Green Apothecary.

LDN in liquid form needs to be refrigerated. I have never heard of capsules that needed refrigeration.
Liquid form is usually made from full strength Naltrexone by the user.
