Just came from doc, said to add lyrica. I sleep fine, but dream constantly and that makes me wake up mor depersonalized. He said I'm getting the wrong kind of sleep, so put me on lyrica 50 mg. Anyone on this? Thanks.

My daughter takes 2 Lyrica (100 mg) 1/2 of an ambien, 1/2 of a Soma and 100mg seroquil. She sleeps and doesn't wake up hung over. It's been a long time coming and we had to play with the doses/meds, but finally found a sleep cocktail that works. Good luck, and sweet dreams!

I've taken it occasionally for sleep and it works great. Unlike most medications for insomnia it actually increases the amount of time spent in the restorative deep stages of sleep (stage III and IV), improving your sleep quality. Its good stuff.

Yes, I loved it for sleep. I would wake up and not be able to get back to sleep for an hour or more. It would also take me hours to fall asleep when I went to bed. The combo that finally worked for me was Lunesta and 100 mg Lyrica.
Once I got well, I took my time weaning off them ... it took six months.
