Krill oil capsules are smaller. That is one reason I use them.

They do sell 500mg fish oil pills too -- pretty sure Nordic makes one that size.
Check out iHerb for various brands.

I have trouble swallowing pills.
I am able to get my 5 daily Omega 3 caps down if I swallow with a mouthful of unsweetened applesauce or other food.

If you can't find the liquid form, you could break open the caps with a knife, scissors, etc. and mix it with fruit or veggie juice to disguise the taste.

Carlson's Lemon Flavored Fish Oil is available as a liquid. It has a mild lemon flavor, really not bad at all.
I've also seen fish oil available as a flavored gel.
If you look at iHerb.com you'll find many options.

coromega omega-3 supplement is an orange flavored pouch you squeeze.
Delicious & doesn't "repeat" later like some fish oils capsule do.

I found some! They are less milligrams, but half the size of those monster pills. They are very very soft also so easy to go down.
