for those of you who have done the humaworm treatment
are there any foods I should avoid or any other procedures that would benefit in eliminating throughout the 30 day program?

appreciate any suggestions

Binders might help for when you feel bad as the die-off can make you feel bad if you have a lot of parasites.

Be sure you keep your bowels moving.

I also used coffee enemas while doing it. They help get toxins out.

echorox,

Yes, try to eat clean. Avoid heavy fats.

Veggies, chicken, eggs, brown rice, etc etc

A liver flush a week after the humaworm is a good idea, too. I've 'seen' results from that!

I don't know .... maybe take more fiber? I had loose stools for a few years prior to Humaworm. By the time I was done with it, they were much better.

Maybe ask them to leave out the senna and cascara sagrada? They will leave out ingredients if you want them to. Both those make you have to go more .... but if you don't need them have them leave them out. If you end up needing them, you can add them in a smaller dosage. Just an idea ....

Wow - usually humaworm makes people a little constipated if anything.

A special order like 'six' mentioned is probably a good idea.

I dont feel sick and dont have fevers but have adrenal insufficiency and am hypothroid. Ive had these bowel troubles since starting the humaworm. What do yall suggest???

Might not have been the Humaworm then. When I was on abx I had to take VSL#3 with 450 billion organisms, anything less and I had loose stools. Maybe up your probiotics?

Are you taking s boulardii? It's important to take to avoid c diff.

If it's bad, yes, call your LLMD to get tested.

I'll try upping the probiotics to 2 a day and see what happens.

Thank you sixgoofykids!
