- However, it's really important to have good liver support on board (Milk Thistle, NAC, etc.) and you may want to get some Ginger Capsules and B-6 as they may help prevent or lessen vertigo (and nausea from that) a frequent side-effect.
Some do fine but many do experience vertigo. So, if you know that in advance, you can get support measures in place. Here is a discussion about other things that affect ears - and what you can do about that so that treatment can be the most successful:
