I have been taking VSL #3 DS powder by adding to yogurt twice daily. I need to start the interstitial cystitis diet, which means no yogurt, no applesauce, etc.

Any ideas what to add VSL #3 powder to?

I got tired of drinking it in water, so now I add it to a protein smoothie for breakfast.
