they are red little balls under my skin that are sensitive to the touch > anyone have this?

yes, I have had them periodically. they come one at a time at the base of the palm for me. Mine are painful and they they gradually go away.

I get these too only in the palms of my hands...often they itch merciliessly. Can last for days and dissappear without a trace. I think it is echema related..I get them when I am super stressed out....
