I think this is a good sign.
Over my worst times my hair and nails Stopped growing literally.

And there was a doctor once who said that our bodies need to keep regenerating and that my body was degenerating faster than regenerating and that was not a good feeling.

It may be your going though a Good Burst where you body is trying to start up its engines..

Just my experience with it..

I would be glad about it because for me it indicates healthy..

I would watch for increased heart rate and shortness of breath. If you have either of those, it could be a hyper-thyroid sign.

My experience is like that of springshowers.

Normally, I cut my finger nails about once a week, but during some of my worst times with this illness I can go a month without cutting them.

I notice less with my hair as I keep it shoulder length so it's tough to tell.

I would NOT get other signs of hyper thyroid, in fact my thyroid is typically sluggish and I have a slower resting heart rate.

Hope it is a good sign for you and that you continue to feel better.
