Does herxing get better with each antibiotic you try or just over time? What are most peoples herxing episodes like and how long do they last?

For me it depends on what I'm taking and how long it's been since I last took meds. Usually herxing means an increase in symptoms. I also get really achy, tired and feel like I have the flu. It lasts about a week. If it's really bad, I'll back off the meds for a day or two and then go back on. Some people get fevers - I personally have not.

Each time you go on a new med, expect to herx. And yes, over time, the herxes will lessen. -------------------- --Lymetutu-- Opinions, not medical advice!
