I'm soon to start Flagyl (250mg x 3). I'm having scheduling issues (fitting in probiotics and three doses of antibiotics...all other antibiotics I take twice a day).

The thing I was wondering, that will help me schedule/space antibiotics and probiotics, is if you found it helpful or necessary to take this antibiotic with food. I'm hoping I can get by, for at least one dose of three, without food.

Did it upset your stomach without food?

I take Flagyl on an empty stomach in the morning.
