Does anyone experience muscle pain the day after any type of exercise?
I am having a bruised feeling in my muscles from just carrying a gallon of milk to the car from the grocery store.
I always feel it the next day!

OH yes. Big one for me! Muscle and joint pain were the worst symptoms for me.

I've taken to buying quarts of rice drink instead of half-gallons to reduce hurting my elbow and wrists.

Muscle pain is my worst symptom, the top of my forearms ache like I've been working out but I haven't done anything.

I also have some muscle weakness but I can "push thru" it so it's not that big of deal.

Lyme sucks.

Yes, at one time it was so bad i could barely walk through the grocery store...I just dreamed about being massaged every day my muscles were so sore and tight.....

the thing that has helped mine the most are:

Regular DAILY intake of MagTabSr, 3000-4000 IUs of Vitamin D3, whey protein, and fish oil....If I miss a day of any of these, I will feel it....
