Does anyone know if you can take this Detox kit at the same time or close to the time we take our abx?

I suggest calling your doctor's office to see how they want you to take it.
I don't remember any specific instructions, but I take mine at least two hours apart from the antibiotics.

I was instructed to take this throughout the morning once mixed in a litre of water. I was also told to let the alcohol boil off and letting it cool before adding the water.

It says to take Pekana 20 minutes before eating. That said, I like to take it away from abx, and usually take antibiotics with food.
I mix a days drops in a glass of water, add a little warm water to dilute the alcohol, and let rest for a few minutes (can't have alcohol with tindamax). Then I take in-between abx.

I was told to take it before eating or before bed. It is hard for me to remember to take it before meals so I just take it once a day before bed. Add the drops to water (half cup), swirl it around and drink it.

I was taught to put the remedies in hot...not boiling water...let it sit for 15 minutes to room temp...if you want to get the alcohol to be evaporated....and to not hurt the ingredients. Boiling the pekana I was told hurts the ingredients.
I do not get the alcohol out, but put them in a very small glass of water first...about 1" of water...depending on the amount of drops I use....then swirl them around, then take like a shot...then I follow up about 1o-15 minutes later with a full glass of water.
there are different approaches...but this is what I was told by the Pekana rep.
