It looks to me all of the titers on Igenex Complete Lyme Panel (5090 or 6050 cant remember which one w/o my notes right now) are showing negative results for any co-infections. (titers are less than 1:20 and 1:40).
Looks to me like no co-infections are showing right now, good news...but i've been sick for a long time now (8 yrs) and I have a feeling they are just hiding?
Anyone have any experience with the coinfection panel at Igenex that can offer advice? Am I just being paranoid? I go to an LLND in a couple weeks.

The only thing I can offer is that my son was tested for both strains of babesia at Igenex and both were negative.
I'm also wondering how accurate they are. I can't offer any info but I'll be watching this thread.

Most LLMD's treat co-infections based on symptoms, not just test results. Having positive says you have it, but a negative doesn't mean you do NOT have it.

I hope what you ordered was the Complete Coinfection Panel, not the Complete Lyme Panel which is just lyme testing.
Complete Coinfection Panel does 2 or 3 tests for babesiosis, 2 for bartonella, etc.
The coinfection tests are as unreliable as the lyme tests, so you can't go by them alone. Diagnosis is made by symptoms and response to treatment, just like with lyme.
For example, when I had the panel done, one of my babs tests was positive and two were negative. One bart test was positive and one was negative.

Good thoughts everyone. I definitely got the co-infection panel done the most recently. my lyme results show long lived active recurring infection.
Good idea on asking for a trial run of meds and see about herxing. Very excited to start treatment and see the doc next week
Will call the doc tomorrow and hopefully will talk to him. I've heard of Igenex missing co-infections so just thought i'd see what others thoughts are on it.
