I have heard quite a few people saying they got serious herxes from Cumanda.

So far, I'm at 5-6 drops and it's not making me herx. Suggested use is 4-10 drops.

I herxed quite a bit on Enula, and normally herx on the various herbals I try. So I'm just kind of surprised. No improvement either.

So anyone else not herx? It seems like Cumanda is one of the most common that people herx on. And to those who did herx, how many drops did it take?

Thanks!!!

I got up to 20 2x a day. And yeah, that made me herx, although I'm not sure if that was from yeast die off or lyme.ultimately the stuff got too expensive at that rate - I've since stopped.

I'd be curious to see how it works now that i've experienced diflucan (and its accompanying strong herx)

What are you after?

I took 30 drops with no herx.
In the end I would put a whole eye dropper full, not even counting the drops. No effect.

I also take 30 drops twice a day, with no herx. But when I tried to take it a year ago, when I was first diagnosed, it was hard to get past a few drops a day.
