I got up to 20 2x a day. And yeah, that made me herx, although I'm not sure if that was from yeast die off or lyme.ultimately the stuff got too expensive at that rate - I've since stopped.
I'd be curious to see how it works now that i've experienced diflucan (and its accompanying strong herx)

I took 30 drops with no herx. In the end I would put a whole eye dropper full, not even counting the drops. No effect.

I also take 30 drops twice a day, with no herx. But when I tried to take it a year ago, when I was first diagnosed, it was hard to get past a few drops a day.
