Morning, Just finished a herx from Cipro that lasted about three days or so. Not sure if it's over because both arms are tingly.
I havne't had this in a while so it's a little unerving.
I'm currently on Cipro, Doxy, Lariam for the babs.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Janice

I don't know Janice. I have not done that many at once. I would say if you herx it did some good.
You might need some electrolytes and B12 for the nerves.

Wow, that is a lot of abx. to be on at once. I think anyone would be herxing.
I would suggest to rest as much as you can, stay out of the sun, stay away from all stress (if you can), generally just put yourself first to get better.
I'll be praying for you.

I haven't heard of treating Babs with Lariam alone. Usually you are also on Mepron or Malarone, plus artemisinin..

Hi, I am using Art as well. I'm pulsing it three days on four off.
Mepron was a big failure for me after the third month. :{

Cells and nerves have to have electrolytes to conduct current and do their jobs.
We are very fine machines and without them do not work properly.
Like a car with a bad coil when we kill bugs.

Thanks Pinelady, What do you and others recommend for electrolytes?
Gatorade has sugar.
What else can I use?
