So..I've been reading up on Chlorella. I haven't really done any sort of detox other than lemon water, occational sauna / steam and milk thistle.
I certainly have not done any heavy metal detoxing. I'm wondering if I should try Chlorella.
What are other's experience? How much do you take? Can you take it with Abx, other meds, supplements?
Which brand is best?
Thanks!

I like Biopure's Chlorella pyrenoideosa C.P.Protect-200 [Dr K. recommended] and buy the large size [2500 tablets] for economy, but would advise you to start with a smaller size to check it suits you.
I use it either about 30 minutes before a main meal or before bedtime [sometimes both].
Start with a few in case you don't get on with it, but often you will feel better taking more at a time....after a while you will just sense how many you want to take!

My dr gave me Prime Chlorella (www.pure-chlorella.com), 200mg/tablet. I take 20 at bedtime. Not really sure if is making a difference, only on it for about a month.
