So..I've just started taking Chlorella. I've bought "Sun Chlorella" and take 6 pills daily.
Is there any time that is best to take them? Can I take them with my Abx (Biaxin, Flagyl and AMantadine?) or my supplements (GSE, Oil of Oregano, Mag Tab-SR, Fish Oil, Vitamins, Probiotics, Milk Thistle, Alpha Lipoic Acid, etc)?
Right now I take them at lunch which is about 6 hours after Abx and 3 hours after supplements.
Oh yeah...and what is "Chelating"?

Chelating is a process of removing heavy metals from your body.. can be done in a variety of ways..
Are you not taking Bartonella drugs anymore?

We take 10 chlorella 2 hours after supplements. It acts as a binder and moves the toxins out.

Another good time to take chlorella is 30 minutes before eating.
It's important to get the test results for heavy metals of the chlorella brand you're taking. Chlorella will absorb heavy metals while growing if these are in the environment.
One of the brands I investigated wouldn't send me the results directly, but sent them to the health food store I go to, at their request.
Best,
Cass A
