When I am falling asleep, or am already sleeping my whole body twitches and wakes me up. It feels like though falling dreams although I'm not having those types of dreams.
I mean my whole body literally jumps off the bed. During the day I have small twitches in my legs and arms but nothing THAT bad. Sometimes my whole leg with jump an inch or two, but not my whole body.
It's been happening almost every night. What is going on? Does anyone else experience this?

I had similar jumping, but not as severe as what you are describing, when I started abx. It went away. I woke up one night with my left arm bouncing up and down on the bed. If you just started a new abx you might be stirring things up - hopefully that is what is happening and it goes away soon.

This happened to me when I started treating Babesia. I think it was part of the very intense herx I had. During the day my hand would jerk or ocasionally my whole arm would jump but when falling asleep I would jolt myself awake over and over. Some nights I would resort to a sleeping pill.
Have you started any new meds lately? Maybe its a herx of some sort.
I hope it resolves quickly for you!

I had that symptom too. It was terrible. I'm happy to tell you that it went away w/antibiotics. Of course I still have a little twitch now and then, but not like that.
You might also consider adding a magnesium supplement if you aren't using one right now.

You should consider treatment for parasites. They can do this and it only takes very few weeks to get it done. Then you can also can look into magnesium. Is it 3 - 5 am?

I take mag. Currently not treating anything because I can't control my pain. New LLMD in a about a month. Hopefully this one is better than the NON LLMD I saw a couple weeks ago.
I am planning on talking to the LLMD about everything, lyme, co-s, parasites, yeast. I want to address it all.
