Does anyone else wake up early and find it impossible to get back to sleep? Have you found a solution? I keep waking up around 4 in the morning. I have some trouble falling asleep too.

I'm also having trouble with insomnia. I'm so exhausted, but can't seem to stay asleep. I just started trying melatonin, hopefully that will help some.

I had this for several years all because I thought I had babies and younger children. It can really mess you up.

But actually with treatment.... once you find what works for you ... sleep should get better for you.

I used 5HTP to help for awhile but it wasn't till I found the right abx combo and I started sleeping like a normal person again.

I wish a good nights sleep for you soon!

3 1/2 years treatment with oral combos, Cowden, IV roc. BW herbs. Off all abx in 12/10. Feeling good.

You are not alone.....I haven't been able to find anything to help me sleep since geting off of Neurontin & Nortriptyline a year and a half ago....My Doctor took me off of it because of weight gain....I have since had a 3rd sleep study and bhave tried Ambien CR/Tremazepam/Rozerm and now I am on Lunestawhich is not working and only giving me 3 hours of sleep....the Neurontin & Nortriptyline gave me the best sleep and it was the cheapest of all the meds....hope this helps....
