Dr B had said that a new oral penicillin could be as effective as bicillin. It is sustained release. I have not heard anything else about it and just wanted to see if anyone was on it and if so, dose, results? Posts: 747 | From Utah | Registered: Apr 2010

My husband took it for a short while, but his LLMD said it's about to go off the market (if that hasn't happened already).
If it is still available, it may be possible to get a discount by printing vouchers found online. Google "Moxatag voucher." This worked for us for a while; $20 for 15 pills, which is pricey, but less than the megabucks it costs without the discount. The last time we tried, the pharmacy couldn't process the vouchers.
As far as noticeable results, it's hard to say...
