Almonds...Mg
Walnuts for other reasons. Omega 3s.
Nuts are good.
Think of nuts / "seeds" to make a whole 'nuther plant.
They are LOADED with nutrients.
Like pumpkin seeds, etc.
Look at nature. It is quite amazing when we cut open a fruit and see the number of seeds which potentially could make another entire fruit TREE.

I personally like Dr Healy's MgCl lotion. It's not too pricey, either. I haven't had my intracellular Mg levels checked since using it, and still do take some oral forms esp. when I feel the need, but that stuff soaks in really fast and is non-greasy.
You should check out Marnie's previous posts about combing SubQ B6 (and possibly others. i always take Vita D with it, for ex.) to increase max absorption.

Yes...the baths help, but the form of Mg is different.
Since Bb is triggering chloride channels anyway, it appears we need to make use of that fact and use
MgCl...in large amts. to compete with more "reactive" NaCl and/or CaCl.
Especially after other treatments to increase ATP so Mg can lock onto the increased ATP as Mg-ATP to help transfer phosphate groups.

Does anyone really notice a difference when using the skin lotion kind?
No other kind of Mag seem to work with me. NONE Mag glycinate, citrate, malate, oxide never gave me diarhea even in high doses.
Wondering if the oil kind would help? How much do you put on your skin?
I have something called Derma Mag says....31%Mg Chloride. 8 sprays = 100mg elemental Mag. Seems like I would have to spray the whole bottle on to get what I need.
Thanks

Want my grandma's recipe for stringy chocolate sauce?
Though Mg supplements do seem to reduce chocolate craving.

I went to the Derma Mag site and it said women over 30 need approx 340mg. So that's.... give me a minute......or two..... 25 sprays a day.

TS, I doubt that topical Mg would cause diarrhea b/c it's entering directly into your bloodstream via skin, rather than disrupting your digestive pathway.
