Hi,

I am on LDN for about 7 months. I think it is helping a little. But I have always wondered about adrenal fatique and LDN.

I under stand how it works. It blocks endorphins in the brain at night and causes the adrenals to produce more endorphins at night.

But what happens if you have weak adrenals already. I have tryed to reasearch this and couldn't find the answer.

Anyone understand it better than me?

Endorphins are produced by the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus. The adrenal glands are separate, but I not sure if adrenal fatigue applies the the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus.
