Now here is the question, I know that band 41 tests for the bacteria flagella. Most bacteria has flagella. I had H pylori not long ago, what if the band reacted because of the H pylori bacteria flagella? Or any type of bacteria in that matter. Does that happen?

H. pylori is a helix-shaped (classified as a curved rod, not spirochaete).
I can be wrong but I thought the flagella is associated with spirochaete bacteria.

You cannot ignore the other bands that say Lyme.
But yes you could have a multitude of co-infections!
That even specific tests can't find if they are being hidden in the stealthy Borrelia.

Band 41 is specific for spirochettes. It is the first band to show up with lyme.

The mouth is full of unidentified non pathogenic spirochetes which can be the reason for a positive band 41. Many people without Lyme have a positive band 41.
On the other hand, it is often the first band to turn positive in Lyme.
Were any other bands positive, please be specific.
There is a symptom checklist at www.canlyme.com click on symptoms.
41: Flagella or tail. This is how Borrelia burgdorferi moves around, by moving the flagella. Many bacteria have flagella. This is the most common borreliosis antibody.

Anyway, IGG was negative. All the bands are negative.

Why none of the bands are positive on the Igg?
