I just purchased Dr. Mercola's Chlorella for a detox. Now I need some opinions on the best way to use it. Doseages, When, With or without food, for how long etc. Thanks to anyone who can help. Also side affects.

Dr. Mercola gets his info from Dr. K. Dr. K says the chlorella must be as pure as possible. Take it with food and it acts like a nutrient...as chlorella is sea algea and is a great food product itself.
Take away from food it is a detoxifier.
Dr. K, who teaches other Dr's says it is best to take it both ways, to mix it up...as a detoxifier and a nutrient...
so if you take it three times a day... if you need detox...take it without food in the am and p m....and take it with food for lunch...as a suggestion.
Also Dr. K suggests that the more chlorella taken the better for detox...the lesser amounts will not do the job as well, and not capture what needs to move out of your body. The lesser amounts can cause stomach distress in those who have stomach issues. /the larger amounts for some reason do not cause distress in most.
There are ways he teaches to test to see how much of aproduct you need at a given time...Dr. K gives seminars and many on lymenet that talk about him have gone to his seminars and learned aboaut detox and lyme protocols that work.
Chlorella Predneosia is best....but if your have stomach issues, use Chlorella Vulgaris (children). Biopure and Sun Chlorella I like...not sure abut purilty of Mercolas product? He has become a merchant with the website...not all things are equal....so check the source always.
