I cried today. I cry alot...and I think you are right. I think I feel better emotionally though. I cannot cry when I pick the kids up, so I decided to cry before they got home today.

I think it helped that I had a couple loving people on the phone to cry to, also. I am seeing how many real friends I have through this. The list is shrinking...:'(

I cry a lot, too, and my list of friends is also shrinking.

Very depressed today, foggy headed, and I just want to lay down and do nothing.

I think the prevailing theory is that the process of crying releases endorphins.

I don't know if this has ever been studied though.
