Nope, I think the VSL#3 ds is fantastic! Any reflux that I experience is pre-existing which I take a PPI for.

Lactic acid is found naturally in food like dairy products and fermented things. In medicine it is used as a preservative and to help balance ph.
I take the VSL3 capsules and have had no problem with them. They seem to work well. I like that taking only 2 capsules gives me a high dose (225billion). One bottle lasts me a whole month so that's a great value too.

I get an upset stomach from them. I still take them though.
