Seems most of us have some ANA's. Mostly smooth muscle, speckled pattern.
While my doc told me it could be anything from a splinter to cancer...
A year later I found Lyme...

Did you ever test positive for Lyme? All the testing can show is exposure, so if you have Lyme symptoms and exposure, yes it is likely to be Lyme.

You need to consider how long you were sick before you started antibiotic treatment. If it was several month you need longer term treatment. Lyme cycles and it is common to feel all right for weeks only to have symptoms flare again. . .and again. It will migrate creating new symptoms throughout your body. So you should take antibiotics for at least two months after you feel completely well with no symptoms at all.
See an LLMD to get proper treatment so you don't wind up sick for years. The most common reason for treatment failure is too low a dose of antibiotics and/or too short a duration of treatment.

I had a test for my ANA which was elevated. Also had a test for vitamin D which pretty much did not exist. Taking 10,000 units of vitamin d twice a week and have an appointment with a rheumatologist next month.
