My doctor prescribed PECTASOL to chelate high lead and mercury. I've been taking it for 2 weeks (2 capsules, 2x/day) and am supposed to work to 4 capsules, 2x/day. I have not found any posts discussing herxing from this, but I am feeling very toxic, internal vibrating/buzzing/shaking, with moderate nausea. It feels like a milder version of the extremely lousy feeling that I got after taking 20 capsules of DMSA for the heavy metal urine test. The only other meds I am currently taking are Zithromax, Malarone, and Artemsinin (plus dozens of supplements, of course).
Would appreciate any feedback on PECTASOL.

I have taken much smaller amounts without problems, but nothing like your dose.
Perhaps you should check your symptoms and review the dose with your doctor, as it is not wise to release metals and other neurotoxins into the bloodstream in larger amounts than you can process, even though the pectasol is also a binder.
