How long should one be off antibiotics before getting a Lyme test?
Do anti-inflammatory meds interfere? i.e. Celebrex or Ibuprofen

Anti-inflammatory meds should generally not effect the labs results unless they are on immunosuppresants like corticosteroids. Reducing the inflammatory response could potentially alter the antibody response if you are having something like an ELISA but I can't say for certain.
