I know we are not supposed to take Magnesium with abx but I wondered of one could take trace minerals in water (that has lithium, sodium, boron, sulfer..along with 70 minerals) while taking abx?

I get distilled water delivered in BPA free bottles then add this to replenish, but just realized this may be competing with the effectiveness of our abx.

Just when we think we have it all figured out!

I also forgot to mention (the most important part of this discussion)...the trace has 250 mg/per serving of magnesium mixed in with 5 gallons of water.

Would this dilute it enough or should I resort to flouridated/chlorinated city h2o to avoid the magnesuim interference?

Yeah, as long as it's spread out and just a cup of water etc.
