I did a peroxide Epsom bath Friday. It helps my head somewhat. Felt very tired Sat, woke up too early. Took another Epsom only bath last night.
Today I feel drugged. Could it be the baths? Should I not do this every night?

Yes, even the detox protocals can be hard on you. Take them slow, one thing at a time.
Try every other night until they aren't so draining. Make sure you are drinking good water. Hydrate your body every day. Drink before and after baths is good too.

I found the magnesium in the Epsom salts to be a little too overpowering for me. In a bathroom where there is humidity and little fresh air it can cause one to pass out..and it has. If you google it you will see many have fainted from this detox method.
