EVERYONE MOST PLACE THEIR OWN POST. ONCE A POST HAS BEEN ANSWERED, WE RARELY COME BACK TO CHECK.

YOUR REQUEST WILL BE MISSED AND WILL NOT BE ANSWERED. PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES PINNED TO THE TOP OF THIS SECTION.

Dr. C patients will all be notified; most of his patients already have been. His phone is still operational, his website is working and you can check there too for any changes in address. I called his number today and, of course it is

closed given that it is a holiday but the answering machine picked up so any one can leave a message, even after office hours. He also has a fax # on his website. That is another way to reach the office, if you are having trouble getting through.

PLEASE DO NOT POST ANY NEW REQUESTS ON THIS POST.
