Sometimes the best sources of information are support groups. They get lots of feedback on docs from their members.

There's a link on the upper left side of this page for support groups which are listed by state. If a phone number is indicated for a contact person, it's better to call than to email.

I haven't heard much feedback on Dr. J. although I do know that he's been around for quite a while.
