i am considering using dr c in fl because i have no money for other drs and I have heard mixed things about him but only other option for me is dr h in NY because he will accept my medicare secondary but i cannot afford the once a month phone consults or a way to get down there

As for Dr C in FL, i absolutely need someone in BROWARD county...someone sent me a list of a few drs and i tried one and called one and they didbn't even believe in chronic lyme

I am desperate at this time and I need a dr to work with him or i cannot even get any appts and i will not be able to see dr H in NY without a way to get to NY regularly. I am too ill to travel on angel flight and have no money to go see him every month in person

PLEASE help!!!! I cannot see him without a dr and all drs recommended to me are not working out or they are all in central florida..i will be in plantation.coral springs area....broward county...

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I AM SO ILL I CANNOT ADVOCATE FOR MYSELF AND THE FAMILY I HAVE TRYING TO ADVOCATE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO DRS ABOUT THIS DISEASE AND I AM SO ILL I DO NOT HAVE THE ENERGY TO EDUCATE THEM, NOR DO THEY WANT TO BE EDUCATED..THEY JUST WANT ME TO GET WELL..WHAT A CONTRADICTION!! ;(

XO

This makes my heart break for you, LB. You are in a very bad position, as you well know.

Did someone HERE send you a list for FL? Dr C is the only one I would consider in FL .. and there are problems there as well.

thanks guys..' wish i could live in NY (well only for dr sake)....but it is as close as i can get to at least some family and without the cold which makes me 100 times sicker...we can't afford NY anyway and it;s not an option

wildcondor..why do you say run out of florida?? the healthcare system does suck there, granted but asfor llmd's...isn't dr c supposed to be the best there...what about dr S in naples??? he is supposed to be very good as well

Thanks.

p.s. private message me about the problems with dr c and the other florida lyme drs.

besides i can only see drs that take insurance and dr v in ny does not handle complex cases and dr h i am on his waiting list for medicare patient...so those are my options...dr c will not take my medicare secondary so he is out.

I'd like to get to Ny and see a good dr but i am not well enough to fly myself and don;'t have the money either.
