It is extremely difficult to get an appt. with Dr. C. I was told that they would mail me a package (no faxing) and I should complete and return by mail (again, no faxing). The doctor would review and DECIDE IF he would see me. [bonk]

Was told that this appt., if he chose to see me, was not covered by insurance, although my insurance says it covers him. Told it would be a consult only, they would not treat me. My primary would have to follow his protocol to treat me. If my primary were willing to do that I would not need him...

On a lighter note, I had a very pleasant conversation with Dr. R's office in Lakeland. Have an appointment on Thursday. Also not covered by insurance but apparently they will treat you without making you jump through hoops first, so this is a plus [Smile] - especially since I'm lucky if I can walk.

I would love to hear any comments from Dr. R's current/past patients.

Thank you!
