Suggest you contact Florida support groups. They and everyone else will tell you there is only one good lyme doc in Florida and he is in south, south Florida. (See left side of page and click on "Support Groups.")
So, forget Florida.
Request lists for doctors in nearby states.
Or, support groups may tell you who the lymies in Florida see and their city and state.
