As many of you know I'm getting treated in the UK cause we are stationed here on military orders. Was diagnosed in July after on and off symmptoms since May 07. Not totally confident with my dr here and am coming home!

My family is in CO, and I have got the names of a few dr's there. However I'm not sure how good they. I'm afraid my health is declining and my quality of life is horrible. I have two small kids to take care of, and I have no support system here in England.

As much work and money as it seems to bring me and the kids home I've decided it HAS to be done. I need my life back.

So with that said, I would like to know from those of you what LLMD ANYWHERE is the best.

Of course any that are closer to CO would be helpful and that take insurance would be great too. But right now, that isn't the determining factor.

I'm getting desperate here. I've heard that Dr. J in Washington is really good, and also one in AZ. Please I'm open to any suggestions.

Thanks for the help!!

Dr. J in Washington, DC is wonderful. He saved my life 7 years ago. I have been in remission for 6 years and am just starting to get sick again. If I could travel that far, I would have already made an appointment with him.

Good luck in your move and your health.

I've sent you a PM and you can review it and think about it.

We are all here to help you and we'll figure something out. Right now is the gathering of the information phase. Then you will be back in the States where it will be much easier for you to do some research and making phone calls.

Then you will have made your best decision and have a plan. You will start your treatment, keeping all of us informed and giving us some updates.

You'll have your main support system of your family, that is the greatest support anyone could have.

You will have us to help you, encourage you, talk with you and we will all be part of your recovery. We all have to be there for each other while we go through our journey.

Things are going to be fine but right now it is in the early stages. Things will work out for you and staying positive is VITAL!! We all need to have positive energy in order to improve.

I'm sorry but I am no longer accepting any private messages due to my own battle with lyme.
