My family has Lyme. My father died of Lyme. My 80 year old mother is sick with it and has a lot of pain. No one will help her. They write her off as age related pain. I need a doctor near San Jacinto, California that will help her. Thanks!

Hi and welcome - support groups are listed to the upper left here. You can click on US/California - you have a group in your area which you can contact.

Also you can join the CaliforniaLyme group and people can let you know about doctors. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/California/CaliforniaLyme - ask to join the discussion group. The California Lyme Disease Association site is www.lymedisease.org

I hope you can get some help for your mom! - Robin
