Does anyone know of a cardiologist who understands the effects of Lyme on the heart in the NY, NJ, or CT area? NYC would be ideal, but I'd be willing to travel.

I'm having REALLY disturbing cardiac symptoms---horrible palpitations a lot of the time, a horribly pounding heart.

I had a really bad experience with a cardiologist in the past, and want someone not to treat Lyme, of course, (I have an LLMD), but who understands it's cardiac effects at least.

I also have Neurally Mediated Hypotension, and possibly now POTS(??), and a cardiologist who could dx and tx that would be great. Thank you!

Hi, [hi] Rumigirl, I sent you a pm, I hope the information I sent can help you!

I'm sorry but I am no longer accepting any private messages due to my own battle with lyme.

Up.

The great cardiologist out of state won't see out of state patients!! Any other suggestions anyone?? I almost went to the ER last night. Got all dressed and ready to go with my husband in the middle of the night and chickened out. Who knows who and what you get there?

I'm sorry Cheryl and anyone else who tried to send me a PM. I cleared out my mailbox. I thought I was on top of it, but it got full again with all the PM's I sent!
